Push notifications
How it works
Notifications are sent automatically when these operations occur:
- A new appointment is created for a client.
- An appointment is canceled.
- An appointment is rescheduled.
Who receives notifications
The system notifies all key participants except the user who performed the action:
- Business owner.
- Admin.
- The specialist (employee) assigned to the appointment.
Important: A notification is not sent to the user who performed the operation (for example, if an admin reschedules an appointment, they do not receive a push about that action).
