Material receipts

PRO+ plan

To record a material receipt to stock, follow these steps:

Average price calculation

Important! If the material is already in stock when you post a receipt, the average material price is recalculated.

Example:

Stock has 10 pcs of a material with total value $20 (unit price $2). You receive 10 more pcs for $40 total (unit price $4). The average price is calculated as (20 + 40) / (10 + 10) = $3 per unit.
