Services Analytics report

This report gives a detailed view of each service's performance and helps identify the most profitable offerings and track canceled appointments.
What the report shows
- Financial metrics: Per service: total revenue, specialist payouts (Sal.), material cost (Mat.), tips (Tips), and Profit.
- Completion stats: Quantity of completed orders (Qty) and canceled appointments (Cancelled) to gauge demand and booking reliability.
- Summary: Totals at the bottom show salon financial productivity for the selected period.
How to use the report
- Select period: Use the arrows at the top to switch months and analyze trends.
- History detail: Tap any service card to open Service History — all operations for that service, including Completed or Cancelled status and client/specialist details.
- Cancellation analysis: Watch for Cancelled markers on service cards to see which procedures are canceled most often and review reasons in appointment history.
